Documentary feature film about the 2019 "heckler removal" issue that expands on four years of investigative reporting by Hokkaido Broadcasting.
On July 15, 2019, a man criticizing Abe's administration during a campaign rally was swarmed by police officers and forcibly removed. Around the same time, the police also obstructed the tax hike protests of a woman who at the time was in college. The exclusionary treatment of hecklers reveals problems in Japanese society concerning police authority exercised without legal grounds.
